Each Bell Candle Snuffer is individually cast in solid brass and finished by hand. No two are identical; small variations in tone, texture, and surface marking are part of the piece, not imperfections. The antique finish is intentional, and minor scuffs and patina are characteristic of the material. They will deepen beautifully with use.

Place the bell over the candle flame and lower slowly until the flame is extinguished. Never press down onto a burning wick. Allow the snuffer to cool fully before storing. Keep out of reach of children.

Wipe clean with a soft dry cloth after use. Do not submerge in water or use chemical cleaners, which will strip the finish. A little natural tarnish is expected and welcome; it is the brass aging, not deteriorating. If you wish to restore brightness, a small amount of brass polish on a soft cloth will do so gently.
