This beautiful, carefully-curated remembrance ceremony set works for any loss; a bereavement with no funeral, an anniversary you have always marked quietly, perhaps a passing that the world moved on from long before you could. The forget-me-not seeds inside may be planted as part of your ceremony, or afterwards, giving you something that grows from the day you finally gave the loss its proper weight.
Legend traces the name to a medieval knight, gathering the flower's small blue blooms from a riverbank for his beloved, pulled under by the weight of his armour.
As the current took him, he threw the flowers to the bank and called out the words that became the flower's name.
In Victorian floriography, forget-me-nots carried that same promise forward: true love, fidelity, and a bond meant to outlast distance, or death.

Burn on a heat-resistant surface. Never leave burning unattended. Keep away from children and pets. Maintain 10cm clearance from flammable materials. Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time. Stop use when 10mm of wax remains. Allow to cool fully before moving. Do not use if cracked or damaged. Matches are not included.
