The Commission Process

Charlotte begins every Testament™ commission with a considered questionnaire that covers the essentials of the life of your loved one, their character and passions, the objects that carried meaning, the ceremony held or not held, and what continues.

Available as an addition to a full funeral commission with Charlotte, from £375, or as a standalone solo commission at any point after your loss, from £550.

The Ceremony Almanac™

Every ceremony has a date, and every date carries more than a number.

The Ceremony Almanac™ deciphers the celestial, botanical, and mythic significance of a specific date: a Wedding, a Baby Naming, a Butterfly Rebirth, any threshold or moment that deserves to be understood as well as remembered. It may be commissioned in advance of any ceremony, or after the event.

The Celestial The planetary positions, the lunar phase, and the constellation rising at the precise moment of the ceremony, drawn from the tradition of Albrecht Dürer's 1515 celestial maps.

The Botanical The natural world as it exists exactly on the date, what flowers, fruits, or is dormant, each plant carrying a symbolic history woven across centuries.

The Mythic The deeper currents running beneath the date: feast days, ancient figures, mythological threads.
